How do I book?

Fill up the booking form and we will get back with booking confirmation, alternatively for quicker response, you may call/sms/whatsapp via +65 8892 3886 for any bookings or enquiries.

Do I have to book in advance?

Advance bookings are encouraged. Immediate bookings are welcomed but subjected to availability

Is there any cancellation fee?

If cancellation is made upon the arrival of the driver for the booking time, 100% of the relevant rate shall be charged as cancellation.” You may delete the rest or the pointers.

Do you provide meet and greet service?

Yes. The driver will meet-and-greet you or your guest with a placard displaying your name or company name given by you in the booking instructions.

How do i contact the driver?

The assigned driver name,  handphone number and vehicle number will be given to you during the booking process and your contact details will be given to the driver for any communication purposes.

Do I have to pay security deposit if i book in advance?

You may have to pay in advance in some circumstances, for example high demand holiday seasons and booking multiple vehicles for events, however normally we will collect payments at the end of every trip.

What are the mode of payments?

we accept major credit cards, Also take note that an additional 10% will be charged for credit payments. Other modes would be Cash/Paynow/bank transfer

Are your vehicle insured?

Yes all our vehicle are insured in accordance to Land Transport Authority Of Singapore (LTA).

Are your drivers registered?

Yes, all our drivers MUST be registered, approved and licensed by the LTA.
